Also mit Abstand eines der besten Restaurants in Wue. Und das in einem Einkaufsladen….egal wer mich bedient ist stets freundlich, aufmerksam und kurze Wartezeiten. Alles 100% fisch, lecker, abwechslungsreich. Eine große Bereicherung.

Ich bin des Öfteren geschäftlich im Bistro Gourmet zum Mittagessen und schätze die Professionalität und Leidenschaft sowie menschliche Nähe der Köche sehr. Selbstverständlich schmeckt es mega lecker und alles wird frisch zubereitet, eine absolute Empfehlung für die Mittagspause

Wir kommen ab und zu her, denn das Essen ist von sehr guter Qualität und immer sehr lecker! Wir waren jetzt auch bei einem Themenabend (Fleisch) dabei und was soll man sagen? Fantastisches Fleisch. Das Wagyu Rind zB. war genauso gut wie in Japan. Den Stern Abzug gibt es für das Ambiente. Schade, dass es im Selgros ist und man sich wie auf einem Präsentierteller fühlt, wenn die Leute einkaufen gehen. Auch ist es immer sehr kalt. Wohlfühlatmosphäre entsteht nicht. Wäre es in einer anderen Location, wäre es rundum perfekt und wir wären sicherlich sehr häufig zu Gast hier.

Ich komme regelmäßig vorbei um die tollen Kreationen zu probieren. Was mir gefällt ist das grandiose Essen auf einem sehr hohen kulinarischen Level und das gepaart mit einem sehr zwanglosen Ambiente. Preis/Leistung finde ich auch super. Sehr netter Service und eine tolle offene Show-Küche. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Ich hoffe Ihr betreibt das Bistro noch viele viele Jahre. Mein absolutes Lieblingsgericht, welches hoffentlich noch oft auf der Karte erscheint, ist das Tatar vom Ursprungslachs mit Pfirsich, Jalapenos und Schmand. War für ein Erlebnis... Schöne Grüße

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben hier richtig lecker gegessen. Das Essen ist super lecker , frisch und gesund zubereitet .Man schmeckt einfach, dass hier mit Liebe zubereitet wird. Das Team ist freundlich, man fühlt sich richtig willkommen. Ein rundum gelungener Stopp auf unserer Reise - wir können das Bistro nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ich hatte einen richtig schlechten Tag und bin eher zufällig beim Einkaufen im Bistro Gourmet gelandet – und was soll ich sagen: Von der Vorspeise bis zur Hauptspeise war einfach alles perfekt! Das Essen war frisch, geschmackvoll und liebevoll angerichtet. Die freundliche Atmosphäre und der aufmerksame Service haben mir den Tag buchstäblich gerettet. Danke an das Team – ihr habt aus einem miesen Tag noch etwas richtig Gutes gemacht!
